What is a studio apartment?
By definition, a studio apartment is an apartment that features only one main room that includes everything; Bedroom, Kitchen, Living room & Dining room. It is self-contained with better amenities than a bedsitter.
How much does one unit cost?
Our units are currently going for Ksh.850,ooo.
Can I pay in installments?
From the beginning of the project until the past 3months, we were doing a 1-2 years installment plan. As the project has neared its completion, we have however amended this to only allow 2-3 months installment plans to ensure we reconcile funds as we conclude this project and move to the next.
When can I visit the site?
Site visits are on Mondays to Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
What is the unit size?
The unit size is 174 square ft.
Where are the apartments?
The apartments are located in Juja, 300m from the JKUAT Gate A. Once at the gate, take the Gachororo road towards KCB Juja. Turn to your right towards the end of Juja modern market.
Have the units been constructed?
Yes, this is a constructed project, not an off-plan. We are actually a few weeks off completion of the current project. If everything goes to plan, we are hopeful next month we will be ready for occupation.
Do the units have titles?
Yes. As per the sectional act of 2020, every unit will receive a unit title once the building is complete and ready for occupation.
Any discounts when one purchases more than two units?
This is something that is up for a discussion of course. A figure can be worked out once one has visited the site and already picked the units of choice.
Do you have any upcoming projects?
Yes, we have new amazing upcoming projects. They will include both studio apartments and 1 bedroom.
What’s the plinth area?
The property is currently sitting on a 50 X 100 piece of land.
